The free trial period includes all the features of the chosen plan for 30 calendar days. During this period, you can change the type of plan if you wish to test out different features.

What happens when the free trial period comes to an end?2021-11-09T14:27:17+01:00

Your plan will change to ‘read-only’: you will be able to view all your data but you won’t be able to modify it or add any new data. All your data and settings will be conserved in case you decide to opt for one of the plans available at the time. Finally, after 60 days of inactivity, your account and all its data will be deleted.

Of course. You can switch plan at any time. If this occurs during the trial period, you can change plan for the remaining time that is left. If you are a paying client on a pro-rata payment system, your account will be credited or debited, depending on the remaining days of the billing cycle after the change of plan.

Of course. You can cancel your plan at any time and we will return the proportional unused part of your monthly fee. After 60 days’ inactivity, your account and all the corresponding data will finally be deleted.

How exactly do users function in Wikku plans?2021-11-09T14:27:48+01:00

Each plan specifies the number of active users that it includes. The administrator can create as many users as he or she needs, but only the number of users specified in the plan can be activated at the same time. This number also includes the administrator’s own account. If your team needs more users, you can always request additional ones up to the maximum number contemplated in your plan.
For instance, when a user leaves your team, you can deactivate their account and register a new user, without losing the history of any action taken by the former one.

What does ‘the maximum active number of users per plan’ mean?2022-01-20T19:52:08+01:00

Plan M initially includes 1 user. With Plan M, you can request all the active users you need up to a maximum of 5. If your business needs more than 5 simultaneously active users, you will have to switch to Plan L or XL, where you can request as many users as you wish, with no limit.

What does ‘each user can only have one concurrent session’ mean?2021-11-09T14:28:08+01:00

Each user can only have one concurrent session in operation. In other words, if a user connects to Wikku simultaneously from different devices, the last device to connect will close down the session of the previous one. You can connect to Wikku from different devices, but not at the same time. The account can be shared using different devices, but if you keep disconnecting your colleagues, it means you need an additional user.

How does the billing and payment system for Wikku work?2021-11-09T14:28:15+01:00

Once the free trial period is over, when the new client’s tax data and a valid payment method have been entered, the monthly cost will be charged to them at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Do the stipulated prices include tax?2021-11-09T14:28:27+01:00

No, the price stipulated for each plan does not include any corresponding applicable tax and/or levies in the client’s country of residence. Wikku is a commercial name belonging to HELASTIC CLOUD SOLUTIONS SL, a company based in Spain for tax purposes.

• In the case of businesses based in Spain, the applicable percentage of VAT in force at the time will be added.
• For businesses based in other EU countries, Wikku is a valid intra-community operator included in the VIES database, as required by Directive 2006/112/EC. If your business also has a valid EU VAT number, our system will automatically exempt you from paying VAT in accordance with the law.
• For other countries in the world, the client must notify their tax authorities and they shall be responsible for the payment of all due taxes and levies in their country of residence.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments and payment by standing order. We use Stripe, one of the world’s leading secure payment processing platforms.

We offer remote professional business services and so the right of withdrawal for private consumers does not apply. However, once the free trial period is over and your first payment has been made, if you decide to cancel during the first two weeks of receiving paid services, we will return all your money on request. From then on, we remind you that you can cancel your plan at any time and we will return the proportional unused part of the monthly fee.

From the day you cancel your subscription, you will be able to access your data in ‘read-only’ mode for 60 days. After this period, your account and all the data that it contains will be deleted. During the said 60 days, you can request a zip file with all your data and files by sending us an e-mail or by using our ticket support system. The zip file will be sent to you within about 10 days.

It is totally confidential. The data you enter in Wikku is your sole property and of course it is confidential. Wikki complies with European data protection legislation and all its relevant files are duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Furthermore, each member of the team at Wikku who has access to this data must sign a confidentiality agreement, and access is only exercised to provide the necessary support for users and solely with their knowledge.
